Subscriber directories
When concluding your contract, you have the option to choose whether your personal data will be included in the subscriber directories (phone book, online applications, etc.). The contract will contain your identification data that will be found in the subscriber directories, if you have opted for this.
Check what your contract provides! If you have entered into a contract and you do not have a clause regarding your right to choose to include / not include your data in the subscriber directories, ANCOM can take measures. See how you can submit a complaint in the section Complain to ANCOM!
Databases of debtors
Generally, through the contracts they conclude with their subscribers, telephone providers reserve their right to transmit the subscribers’ data to debt recovery companies or to enter these data in a database, if the subscribers register debts (e.g. Preventel).
