Outside the working hours above, you can send us your questions by means of the online form, by e-mail, fax or regular mail.
We will answer within 10 days from your written request. This term may be extended to 30 days if you have requested a large amount of information, whose processing takes more time. If the piece of information you have requested is not available to us or if it is not public interest information, we will communicate this to you within maximum 5 days.
Additionally, you can submit your request directly to our headquarters (2 Delea Noua Street, 3rd District, Bucharest), during the following working hours: 8.30 – 16.30 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and 14.30 – 18.30 – on Tuesdays.

Access to public interest information is free of charge, as ANCOM charges no fees for searching and identifying the items of information you request or for copying documents and sending answers to your requests.
